Position SummaryThe Director of Shipping & Receiving oversees all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure the accurate and timely flow of materials and finished goods. This role is critical to maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting production and customer service goals. The Director leads the logistics team to uphold the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and workplace safety.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving Operations

• Manage all daily operations related to shipping, receiving, and warehouse logistics.- Ensure timely shipment of finished goods and receipt of raw materials, packaging, and supplies.- Oversee order accuracy, proper documentation, and labeling in compliance with food industry standards.- Develop and enforce best practices for inventory control, space utilization, and material flow.- Coordinate with production, procurement, and customer service to ensure on-time fulfillment.
