Wieland is hiring a 2nd shift Maintenance Planner Assistant . The Maintenance Planner Assistant will provide data entry and clerical duties related to the SAP PM Module administration, create work orders, monitor the completion and documentation of the work orders, and provide on-shift support to the Maintenance Supervisor and parts warehouse employees and functionality. This role is located in Montpelier, OH and will be fully on-site.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Planner Assistant Responsibilities :

Maintain integrity of data entered in the SAP system PM Module by creating and monitoring work orders for accuracy and completion and working with supervisors to acquire full and complete data of all work performed.

• Providing training to supervisors and shop floor users as needed and discerning the importance of the information given and condensing it into practical data.
• Create and generate reports for management and users for use in execution, planning, and evaluation.
• Be a SAP PM Module user expert and provide ongoing support on its use as well as problem resolution.
• Perform various PM related tasks and occasionally coordinate with outside contractors.
• Assists with parts warehouse.
• All other job duties assigned.
