    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Rate : $200,000.00 $230,000.00 annual salary
  • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Diagnosis and management of urgent / emergent conditions
  • Coordination of care and appropriate referrals

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Massachusetts medical license
  • Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine with Acute Care experience
  • Experience : Less than 1 year accepted
  • Other Qualifications : - Bilingual English / Spanish required - Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills - Commitment to professional standards and continuing education

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide emergency and acute care across multiple sites
  • Diagnose disease processes and administer timely medical treatment
  • Participate in quality assurance and utilization reviews
  • Teach and supervise medical students and residents
  • Serve on-call and represent the health center in the community
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records
  • Attend conferences and continuing medical education programs
  • Travel to affiliated sites as required
