We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Metrics Lead within Integrated Data Analytics & Reporting (IDAR), to guide the execution of projects, programs, and processes that span multiple related areas in support of the organization's overall Clinical Data Standards strategy.
Purpose : This position is responsible for applying comprehensive knowledge of Clinical Data Standards to install best in class policies, procedures, and plans for the area and ensuring consistency of clinical data standards across clinical trials and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The role tracks and analyzes metrics both globally and across TAs to ensure the required level of standards use by trial teams. This position may be responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of the governance framework across the clinical data lifecycle of standards development, maintenance, and implementation. The role works directly with governance councils and committees (i.e., Global council, Therapeutic Area (TA) and Delivery Unit (DU) councils) to ensure adoption of standards, leading development of content for review, and ensuring decisions are made based on comprehensive understanding of standards and portfolio needs.
The role may be located in High Wycombe, United Kingdom; Beerse, Belgium; Leiden, Netherlands; Allschwil, Switzerland, Titusville, NJ / Raritan, NJ / Spring House, PA, US (Hybrid / 3 days onsite per week preferred).

Education and Experience Requirements :
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 137,000 - 235,750 USD.
