What You’ll Do

Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care in a home setting

Follow and help update the client’s plan of care

Monitor and document client conditions via electronic charting

Communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team

Educate and support families and caregivers

Participate in nurse meetings, training, and quality initiatives

What You’ll Need

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri

Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

A heart for serving and a positive, professional attitude
