Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (40 hrs / week)

On-Call : Required if requested

Productivity : 30 Units

Travel Coverage Area : Floyd, Bartow, Gordon, Chattooga, Murray, Pickens, Gilmer & Catoosa Counties

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Home Health RN to deliver high-quality care for patients in their homes within the Rome, GA region. This role requires strong clinical judgment, independent work capacity, and excellent documentation skills.
