Mentor and support staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to operational goals. Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. DEA license. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Preferred two years of clinical and supervisory experience. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary : $220k-305k
