About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in product and commercial leadership, particularly within the fintech, blockchain, or institutional finance sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's vision, mission, and business model, with a focus on aligning product innovation with commercial goals. This role demands a hands-on approach to product management, a deep understanding of capital markets, liquidity, and digital asset infrastructure, and the ability to lead a high-performing, cross-functional team. The CEO will also be tasked with driving the evolution of the company's flagship platform, Lendle, from concept to full-scale adoption, and ensuring its market position as a leading solution for digital asset lending, borrowing, and treasury management. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in product leadership, general management, or founder roles, and a proven track record of taking a product from concept to scale. The role requires the ability to bridge technical and business domains, excellent communication skills, and a passion for blockchain innovation. Experience in fundraising, go-to-market strategy, and managing investor relations is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a product-driven leader who can foster a product-led culture, drive growth through partnerships and revenue opportunities, and ensure the company's operational readiness as it matures from startup to growth phase.
