job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPrepare and maintain a sterile field for surgical procedures. Assist surgical teams by ensuring readiness of instruments and supplies. Function as a Second Assistant and support patient positioning and transportation. Perform equipment checks and communicate any issues proactively. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within six months of employment. Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and outstanding interpersonal skills. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing various physical tasks associated with surgical care. Must withstand a fast-paced environment and effectively manage stress.

At Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, located at 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care along with a dedicated surgical team.
