Assignment Snapshot Locations : Argyle, Hurst, Hulen, Crowley, Euless, TX Contract Type : Locum Tenens (Local Only – Drive-In Shifts) Start Date : First highlighted shift : 12 / 5 — ongoing PRN needs continually available Shift Hours : Mon–Fri : 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM Sat–Sun : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Occasional half-day shifts : 3 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM Patient Volume : 30–40 patients per day Setting : Outpatient Urgent Care (All Ages) EMR : Proprietary clinic EMR system Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and manage acute illness, minor injuries, and walk-in urgent care visits Provide basic primary care : chronic disease management, health maintenance, follow-ups Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, I&D, wound care, immunizations Order, review, and interpret labs, X-rays, and diagnostic results Maintain accurate documentation within the proprietary EMR Collaborate with clinical support staff for efficient clinic workflow Candidate Requirements Active and unrestricted Texas NP or PA license Active DEA required BLS ACLS required Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Urgent Care and / or Primary Care Must be local and able to drive to assigned clinics Strong procedural skills and comfort working independently Why Join Rhino’s DFW Urgent Care Float Pool?
