As the Director of Product Payments youll own the entire payments strategy that powers how money moves across the business. Youll lead vision roadmap and execution for everything from platform integrations to funds flow reconciliation and payment optimization. Your leadership will ensure transactions are reliable transparent secure and cost-efficient enabling restaurants and partners to operate with confidence and clarity.

This role is ideal for a payments leader who thrives at the intersection of product compliance risk and financial infrastructure. Youll shape a high-integrity payments platform that scales with customer demand and drives measurable improvements in authorization transparency and unit economics.

• Drive collaboration with payment platforms and deliver scalable reliable integrations that support restaurant POS needs.
• Define payout and settlement standards improving transparency for merchants and internal stakeholders.
• Build reconciliation capabilities that ensure accurate financial closes and audit readiness.
• Establish a risk and compliance framework aligned with PCI EMV and industry standards to reduce exposure and maintain audit-ready posture.
• Develop a high-integrity funds flow and ledger platform that supports balances splits fees and reporting.
• Improve authorization rates and reduce blended payment costs through routing policy design and optimization strategies.

$160000 - $200000 annually
