About the Role :

Eagle Propane & Fuel, LP is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team serving the Permian Basin . This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, customer-driven professional to represent a trusted name in bulk fuel, propane, oils, and lubricants.

As part of our sales team, you’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities across the region. If you have a strong network in the fuel and propane industry and a proven track record of sales success - we want to talk to you.

Eagle Propane & Fuel, LP is Texas Family-owned fuels, propane, and oils company serving the needs of our customers since 2008. We have locations in Midland, Odessa, and Pecos that service oil & gas, commercial, and residential customers throughout the Permian Basin.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage and grow a portfolio of bulk fuel, propane, and lubricant accounts.
• Develop new customer relationships through prospecting and networking in the Permian Basin area.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain detailed records of client activity, pricing, and contracts.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
