Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic execution-focused Senior Product Manager to join our Visa Direct Digital Transformation team. This role will drive the design delivery and continuous optimization of high-impact Visa Direct solutions from concept through launch and scale. You will be responsible for translating business opportunities into technical solutions partnering across Visas global ecosystem to bring innovative scalable and compliant real-time payment experiences to market.

The ideal candidate will have deep product management experience a strong understanding of faster payments and cross-border money movement and proven ability to influence across business technology and regional teams.

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and use cases for Visa Direct ensuring solutions are competitive compliant and scalable.

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 131600.00 to 190650.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
