Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with staff on diverse instructional delivery methods and course architecture

Design and deliver academic content in a remote / distance learning setting

Analyze and implement educational technologies and provide multimedia assistance

Required Qualifications

MA / MS degree in instructional design or relevant professional discipline preferred; BA / BS required

3+ years of experience in instructional design and technology in higher education required; 5+ years preferred

Experience with Articulate Storyline desired; experience with Sakai is a plus

Understanding of adult learning theories and their application to STEM disciplines desired

Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with faculty of varying experience levels
