Mirabella at ASU is home to more than 370 residents who have access to a wide array of amazing amenities and care services. As part of the continuum of care, Mirabella has a 21 bed Skilled Unit and a 20 bed memory care unit located on the second floor - both serve both existing residents and the Tempe community at large. Our residents have access to highly personalized care with 21 Private Suites / Bathrooms and a newly constructed environment (Completed in August 2020)! Work Schedule : Full-Time Day Shift (7 : 00am-7 : 00pm ; Wednesdays and Thursdays and Every Other Weekend)

About You :

• Current Arizona license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) gained from completion of an accredited nursing program, college, or university
• Previous experience in long term care, skilled nursing, geriatrics, etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of functions, organization, policy, regulations and procedures of a long-term care / skilled nursing facility.
• Current and valid CPR / AED and First Aid certification.
• Must be able to successfully pass fingerprint clearance
