Finance Analyst

Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, trends, and opportunities. This position is in the finance group that supports construction activities for the Florida region. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities :

• Independently analyzes variances against the budget or forecast and proactively reviews underlying data trends and business drivers.
• Maintains and updates construction spend trackers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepares and delivers monthly presentations for Senior Leadership, leveraging data storytelling techniques.
• Crafts a data-backed forecast with explanations of drivers to justify figures and findings.
• Create data visualizations within PowerPoint to clearly communicate trends, patterns, and forecasts.
• Identifies opportunities to simplify and optimize tools to support forecasting and reporting.
• Performs analysis of specific projects and trends, as requested.
• Delivers documented process improvements over time to optimize time spent and improve efficiencies across multiple teams.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
