Rail Project Manager

STV is seeking a dynamic and experienced Rail Project Manager with a strong focus on project management to join our team based in our New Jersey offices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Rail projects and driving business growth within the Rail sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Oversee the successful delivery of Rail projects working closely with project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the clients satisfaction. Plans the complete project execution and develops the project management plan. Schedules and monitors manpower requirements against the project budget / spending performance including managing activities related to project scope schedule cost cash flow quality communications coordination discipline requirements resources procurement and risk elements required to optimize client service quality and fiscal responsibility. Select supervise develop and evaluate personnel to ensure a successful project.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal disruption.
• Subject Matter Expert : On technical and project insights trends related Rail matters.
• Resource allocation : Scheduling and monitoring staffing requirements against project performance and budget.
• Financial Management : Monitor project budgets expenditures and financial performance identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Rail clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Networking : Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking forums to enhance the companys visibility and expand its network of contacts within the Rail industry.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering teams business development and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry best practices technological advancements and regulatory changes within the Rail sector and incorporate them into the companys business development strategies.

$147516.27 - $196688.36
