What you will be doing :

As the Sr Manager of Facility Solutions Sales Technical Training, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our sales organization's capabilities and shaping the future of our business. You will lead and develop a dedicated team, including a Senior FS Technical Trainer and a Program Manager Print, to design and deliver high-impact learning solutions. Your work will directly drive improved sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth in the Facility Solutions and Print categories. By supporting strategic marketplace expansion and strengthening vendor partnerships, you will empower sellers to confidently position high-value, technically complex products and solutions. Your influence will ensure our team is equipped with the technical expertise and consultative selling skills to excel in a competitive marketplace.

What's needed : Basic Qualifications :

• 7+ years designing and delivering scalable, high-quality learning programs across a distributed workforce
• 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role
• Proven experience leading technical or sales training programs and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage without authority.

Preferred Qualifications :

Strong problem-solving skills rooted in analytical and industry knowledge.
