We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy Medical Assistant who loves both clinical work and the creative side of wellness. This role is perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable assisting with patient care and helping create engaging social media content that showcases the Eloura experience. This is a Part time work towards full time.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Client Care Duties

Welcome clients and ensure a warm, professional experience from start to finish.

Assist providers with wellness treatments including injections and lab draws.

Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms before and after each client.

Manage scheduling, vitals, documentation, and patient flow efficiently.

Maintain accurate records and follow clinic protocols for safety and sanitation.

Provide exceptional customer service — ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and cared for.

Social Media & Brand Support

Participate in creating educational and lifestyle-based social media content (short videos, wellness tips, clinic behind-the-scenes).

Collaborate with the team to plan and film content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms .

Represent the Eloura Wellness brand with professionalism, confidence, and authenticity.

Help maintain an aesthetically pleasing, media-ready environment within the clinic.

Qualifications

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA / RMA) preferred.

At least 1–2 years of experience in a wellness, aesthetics, or medical spa setting.

Excellent customer service and communication skills — you’re warm, personable, and polished.

Comfort and confidence in front of a camera (for social media participation).

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

A passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.
