Farnsworth Group is seeking a Structural / Revit Technician in one of the below posting locations. In this role you will assist structural engineers by providing building information (BIM) modeling.

Posting Locations for this role : Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center); Normal, IL; Peoria, IL; Phoenix, AZ; St. Louis, MO

Job Activities :

Prepare Structural Revit models of buildings of varying types.

Prepare Structural construction documents including plans, elevations, schedules, and details.

Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines.

Perform redline drafting.

Read and duplicate existing structural plans for use in building additions or renovations.

Specific Requirements include :

Associates degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related degree or combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in Revit is required.

3- 5 years of experience with Revit.

Ability to visualize and illustrate design in two and three dimensions.

Ability to balance several projects at once.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience with Building Structures preferred

Experience with Navisworks preferred

Revit or Autodesk Certification preferred
