Physical-Technical Security Manager TS / SCI CI Poly

We are seeking a Physical-Technical Security Manager  to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the design, construction, and accreditation of classified workspaces.

This individual will provide expert guidance to clients, architects, and general contractors, ensuring compliance with ICD 705 requirements.

This is a full-time role requiring significant travel and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI and CI polygraph.   Responsibilities :

• Provide technical security expertise for classified facility design, construction, and accreditation.
• Advise clients and project teams on ICD 705 compliance.
• Coordinate with general contractors, construction supervisors, and security stakeholders.
• Review and approve RFIs and design submittals.
• Navigate and utilize project management software such as Procore or Bluebeam.
• Maintain detailed records of construction security measures and equipment.
• Deliver high-quality results independently with minimal supervision.
• Travel frequently throughout northern Virginia and other domestic locations.
• Contribute actively to the company's growth by taking on tasks outside core responsibilities as needed.   Must Have's :
• U.S.
• Citizenship required.
• Active U.S.

Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and CI polygraph.
