We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Server Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure unparalleled guest satisfaction.

  • Position Summary :

    • The Server Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's server operations, ensuring a high level of service and an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This role combines leadership and training to inspire our team while driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of service.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead the front-of-house staff, including servers and support staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide exceptional service, product knowledge, and effective communication with guests.
  • Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Uphold restaurant policies, procedures, health and safety standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for the bar and dining area, placing orders as needed and controlling costs.
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere and uphold the restaurant’s brand and culture
  • Qualifications :
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a server or supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff and guests.
  • Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
