Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will need to succeed :

POSITION SUMMARY :

Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional nursing care to neonates, collaborating with families and healthcare teams to implement and assess care plans effectively.

EDUCATION REQUIRED : Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION :

Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state.

• Current BCLS certification.
• NRP certification within 6 months of hire.
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification within 6 months of hire.

EXPERIENCE : Preferred experience in NICU or nursery settings.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES :

Basic English literacy for physician orders.
