Warehouse Coordinator

Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their team. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Hayward, CA

Pay Range : $24.00 per hour M-F 8 : 30AM - 5 : 30PM

What's the Job?

• Ensure that all materials are picked and delivered in a timely manner to meet production and sales schedules in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Review and process all incoming materials to ensure that they meet order requirements as outlined on purchase orders.
• Manage all packaging material Kanban and / or safety stock levels.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as QLP, Lean, and 6S.
