Litigation Attorney - Workers' Compensation

Full Time Litigation Attorney – Philadelphia, PA

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC’s workers’ compensation department is seeking an attorney with 0 to 5 years of litigation experience to join an exciting and rapidly-expanding practice group. No workers’ compensation experience is necessary. The ideal candidate would be admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualified candidates must possess the following :

0-5 years of litigation experience

JD from an accredited Law School

Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
