Structural Engineer

Bridges Team Structural Design / Analysis Role

When faced with an impasse, our Bridges Team looks to bridge the gap. From local bridge rehabilitations that support our communities to iconic bridge designs that define a region, our opportunities will connect you to your career goals. You will work alongside engineering professionals who provide strong diverse structural engineering services to the bridge, building, and marine structures. This position is primarily a design / analysis role with some field responsibilities.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Preparing structural design calculations in accordance with applicable design standards and agencies.
• Performing structural analysis of new designs and existing structures.
• Leading and reviewing conceptual design alternatives.
• Preparing contract documents.
• Reviewing contract shop drawings.
• Tender document preparation and contract management.
• Assistant team leader for biennial bridge inspection projects.
• Preparing repair details.
• Regular collaboration with colleagues in other offices.

Pay Range :

Locations in NYC & CA (Bay Area) & NJ (RP) - Min Salary $ 94,600.00 - Max Salary $ 137,200.00

Pay Transparency :

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
