Installer Job Description

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as installers. This role involves performing basic carpentry, installation, and laborer duties. You will be responsible for using hand tools and power tools, installing metal pieces such as panels, railings, fences, decor, or custom pieces, and ensuring site clean-up.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Install various metal pieces including panels, railings, fences, and custom decor.
• Perform site clean-up and maintain a tidy work area.

This is a contract position with a monthly schedule, providing short-term guaranteed work with the potential for continued employment based on workload. The opportunity offers a flexible work arrangement and the chance to work on unique projects.

Work Environment :

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, with very little overtime expected. There will be no weekend work required. Contractors will work on projects such as VUMC Gate and Vanderbilt Tennis Courts. The December schedule is outlined, with potential for January shifts depending on workload. This position offers a structured work environment with a focus on completing specific projects.

This is a contract position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
