Business Analyst

Job Summary :

Were looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves gathering requirements analyzing processes and helping teams deliver efficient and data-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather document and analyze business and functional requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements.

Create user stories workflows and system documentation.

Support project planning testing and implementation.

Perform data analysis to support decision-making.

Communicate insights and findings to management and technical teams.

Required Skills :

2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred :

Experience in IT finance or product-based environments.

Knowledge of project management or business process modeling tools.

Relevant certification (e.g. CBAP PMI-PBA or Scrum Master).
