Our Professional Services Team is looking for a brilliant human being to join us as a Professional Services Engineer . You’ll implement IT solutions using multiple technologies, in different environments, with a team of bright coworkers by your side. What You’ll Be Doing

Technical & Engineering

  • Deploy and support complex network solutions, including routing, switching, and network segmentation across multi-site environments.
  • Implement and support network security solutions, including policy analysis, perimeter defense, access control, and PKI infrastructure.
  • Plan and execute server and compute stack migrations across physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures.
  • Design, implement, and manage complex SAN environments, overseeing storage lifecycle and utilization.
  • Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery solutions.

Professional & Client-Facing

  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Develop technical roadmaps and influence strategic vision for clients within budget constraints.
  • Mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth and team development.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including implementation guides and environmental diagrams.

    • Requirements : Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on experience in IT with high proficiency in :

    • o Windows Server, Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), Azure Cloud stack, M365, Networking (Firewalls and Switching) and DR / BC

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent certs / experience
  • Reside in or near Little Rock, Arkansas
  • Willingness to travel to client locations
  • Ability to lift 25lbs

    • Work from Home Requirements -

  • Travel : While this is a remote position, travel to client locations for support will be required.
  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended

    • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect client information
