As an RN, you will deliver patient care using established standards, employing evidence-based practices and communicating effectively. You will assess patient needs, implement individualized interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness while involving patients and families in the care process. Your responsibilities include recognizing significant changes in patient conditions, coordinating care plans, promoting patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Required Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Required Experience : Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Proficient in holistic patient care, quick decision-making, computer skills, and effective communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
