Quality Compliance Coordinator
Fully Onsite in Pacheco, CA | Temp-to-Hire
Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate : $30–$33 / hour (Hourly, Non-Exempt)
We are seeking an experienced Quality Compliance Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) in key quality assurance functions and bring strong compliance knowledge to support audits and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate NCRs, CAPAs, Change Controls, and Complaints through the system.
Act as SME in one or more of these areas, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Support audits and coordinate meetings to ensure readiness and compliance.
Qualifications :
2–4+ years of Quality Assurance / Compliance experience (5+ years strongly preferred).
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
Training and certifications in QA / Compliance preferred.
Strong knowledge of NCR, CAPA, Change Control, and Complaints management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Pay Details : $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
