Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed analyses of compensation data, including salaries, bonuses, and incentives, to ensure market competitiveness and internal fairness.
- Research industry trends and market benchmarks to develop and refine salary structures across various business entities.
- Collaborate with HR teams, recruiters, and leadership to address compensation-related queries and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee job evaluation processes, including creating and updating job descriptions, reviewing classifications, and maintaining consistency in job leveling.
- Support annual salary reviews, merit planning, and performance-based compensation initiatives.
- Develop salary guidelines, pay ranges, and incentive program frameworks based on internal metrics and external market insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership regarding compensation adjustments and program enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with wage laws by conducting audits and participating in risk mitigation efforts.
- Maintain accurate and secure handling of compensation-related data and employee records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and align practices with industry standards.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a similar role, ideally within a multi-entity organization.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.Solid understanding of wage laws and pay equity regulations.Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in clear, actionable formats.Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data handling and reporting.Certified Compensation credential (CCP) is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with business acumen.
