About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and oversight. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of directly related healthcare experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in an integrated multi-entity campus with both academic and community hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of value-based care and population health initiatives. Key qualifications include experience in financial operations, budgeting, strategic planning, and a proven ability to lead profitable financial operations.
