Assembler Switch
Performs assembly and testing on a wide range of mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic products. Works from blueprints, established process specifications, written and verbal instructions, with supervision. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Receives Direction From : Manufacturing Manager, indirect Cell Champion
Provides Direction to : No supervisory requirements

Qualifications Guidelines
Education / training / experience : At least two years experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical environment. High school level reading and writing ability.
Knowledge of : Basic principles of electro-mechanical devices and assembly for switches and lighted face plates or equivalent experience.
Physical Standards : This position requires frequently sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and handling / grasping of materials in manufacturing.
This position may rarely require kneeling, bending, squatting.
Must have finger dexterity, ability to use keyboard / ten key.
Good eyesight for use of microscopes and small part assembly
Able to periodically participate in the inspection of company machinery and operations.
