Key Responsibilities :
Lead corporate and financial strategy aligned with organizational goalsOversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processesManage investment strategies and capital planning initiativesDirect asset management and optimize financial performanceEnsure robust risk management and regulatory complianceSupport investor relations and lead financial communicationsSecure development financing and pursue incentive procurement opportunitiesManage debt and equity placement to support growth initiativesQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in real estate development or a related industryPreferred Attributes :
Proven track record in strategic planning, capital structuring, and financial operationsExperience in the real estate industryStrong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and compliance frameworksExperience with development financing, public-private partnerships, and incentive procurementExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with executive leadership and external partnersMinimum Physical Expectations :
