job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAble to provide the following types of services : Furniture Assembly, Heavy Lifting, and other handy services as needed Flexible availability during the week and / or weekends Be the face of Flamingo and deliver the best EXPERIENCE by being professional Possess a sense of urgency, drive for results, and initiative Exceptional attention to detail Arrive on time to each appointment Adhere to strict safety practices, promote awareness and maintaining a neat and safe work area Ability to inspect and assemble large volumes of furniture. Provide your own tools for each appointment,such as a cordless drill, a screwdriver, screws, nails, hammer, and any other tools as needed Able to work with minimal supervision and have reliable transportation Provide feedback to provide a better experience Must have access to email and phone communication Must be able to complete the check-in within our mobile app after each appointment Please Note : Positions may not be available immediately, but we will reach out to qualified applicants based upon demand. Our Story : Flamingo is an all-in-one resident engagement mobile app. We provide premium services to luxury residential apartment buildings including resident events, fitness classes, and concierge services, including furniture assembly, heavy lifting, and handy services.

- Experience providing handy services
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
