Qualifications We Seek :

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus)

️ 0-2 years of relevant experience with a focus on steel or structural design

Familiarity (or interest) in Tekla and RAM Steel is beneficial

Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship

EIT certification is REQUIRED

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
