The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, tracking, and supporting employee training initiatives across the organization. This role ensures training programs are effectively scheduled, communicated, and documented, with a focus on compliance, new hire onboarding, and ongoing professional development. The Training Coordinator partners with HR, department leaders, and external providers to deliver engaging and effective training experiences. Essential DutiesTraining Coordination and Scheduling (40%)Plan, schedule, and coordinate training events, including safety, compliance, technical, and professional development , send invitations, and oversee (20%)Organize onboarding sessions for new employees, including orientation, departmental training, and completion of required modules and (15%)Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and (10%)Act as a point of contact for training-related , registration support, and follow-up after (5%)Assist with the preparation, updating, and distribution of training materials such as presentations, handouts, and (5%)Work with external training providers to schedule and register employees, and manage billing and (5%)Perform additional responsibilities as , training procedures, and scheduling tools. Qualifications Required : 2+ years in training coordination, administrative support, or a related roleExperience using LMS platforms, spreadsheets, or databases for tracking employee trainingStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support employees at all levels Preferred : Familiarity with onboarding processes, compliance training, or safety documentationExperience in manufacturing, field service, construction, or industrial environments Pay : $30 - $31 / hr
