As we continue to expand were looking for a Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations strengthen fiscal strategy and ensure the companys continued financial health and scalability.

Position Overview

The Director of Finance will be responsible for managing the companys financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting processes. This person will play a key role in guiding strategic decisions through data-driven financial insights ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that growth remains sustainable.

The ideal candidate is analytical detail-oriented and strategica finance leader who can blend financial rigor with a growth mindset to support long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial planning budgeting and forecasting activities across the company.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Monitor cash flow profitability and key financial metrics to ensure fiscal stability and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with company objectives and growth targets.
• Oversee accounting operations including invoicing payroll and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide regular financial reports and insights to the CEO and leadership team for data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency reduce costs and optimize profitability.
• Build and manage a finance team focused on accuracy accountability and continuous improvement.
