Key Responsibilities :
- Support business development efforts by identifying and qualifying new prospects within the US insurance and software markets.
- Research target companies map stakeholders and generate leads through outbound activities networking and online tools.
- Assist in preparing proposals presentations and sales materials in collaboration with the senior sales team.
- Manage and nurture initial client relationships ensuring smooth handover to senior team members when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and opportunities in the internal systems.
- Support the full sales cycle from prospecting and first contact to assisting in negotiations and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to understand client needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Monitor industry news competitor activity and trends in the US insurance and software sectors.
- Contribute to strengthening existing client relationships by ensuring regular communication and identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Represent the company at selected industry events conferences or networking activities to build visibility and connections.
Qualifications :
8-10 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account management ideally in the software or technology sector.Familiarity with the US insurance or financial services market is a strong plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects and build trust.Highly motivated and results-driven eager to learn and grow within a sales career.Organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.Key Skills
