The Opportunity

We're looking for a rising star in BSA AML & OFAC world - someone ready to step into a key leadership role, modernize processes, develop and scale the team, and help shape the foundation of a growing sponsor bank. This is not your run of the mill opportunity. This role is a build, improve, elevate, influence assignment. With significant opportunities to develop and grow. You'll work directly with the Bank's leadership and executive teams to :

• Strengthen the BSA function
• Upgrade systems and controls
• Develop top talent
• Prepare the function to scale

This position is based in our San Antonio Headquarters.
