The Role
We're seeking an experienced, creative videographer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn real estate into compelling visual stories. You'll own the full content creation process—from concept to capture to final edit—producing content that drives brand growth, generates leads, and engages millions across multiple platforms. This is a hands‑on role where your work directly impacts our business.

Studio Days : Creative shoots, B-roll collection, editing, and content planningListing Days : Property photography and videographyFlex Time : Client testimonials, key exchanges, and time-sensitive content (may require quick turnarounds)Note : Real estate moves fast. 2+ years of professional videography and editing experience (real estate, media, agency, or similar)Expert proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci ResolveStrong photography skills and experience with DSLR / mirrorless camera systemsProven ability to shoot and edit engaging short-form content for social mediaUnderstanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok algorithms and content best practicesSelf-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyReliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Bay AreaExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred
Experience in real estate, architecture, or luxury brand contentMatterport or 3D tour experienceMotion graphics and animation skills (After Effects)Experience managing content calendars and production schedulesColor grading expertiseOwn professional equipment (cameras, drones, editing)Compensation & Structure
