In this role you will : - Work collaboratively across Apple with our customers partners and solutions providers to become the trusted advisor on Apple hardware software and service solutions- Deeply understand customers businesses and technical ambitions help remove technical barriers and friction points and enhance customer readiness for Apples platform- Quickly grasp technical concepts processes details and skills and effectively engage in architectural and technical discussions with a wide variety of audiences- Act as both a technical generalist covering all of Apples products relevant to their customers needs and a specialist in one or more technical verticals- Provide technical leadership to the sales team and gain credibility deepen relationships and increase influence with executive leadership in your accounts- Build and deliver compelling presentations demonstrations and seminars to educate and inspire others- Strategically leverage Apple and third party subject matter expertise to shorten the sales cycle- Provide pre-sales technical support for new large business opportunities sharing status and progressing them through to closure- Be the voice of our customers and partners to communicate use cases new standard methodologies successes and key takeaways
