We are seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As an LPN, you provide in person and telemedicine assessments, schedule appointments, assess client health needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and document & maintain medical records. Cross train to provide agency nursing coverage as needed. May advise clients on health maintenance and disease prevention and provide coordination of care. Ability to function responsibly in an independent setting.
Requirements
Education : LPN Licensure
Experience : 2 years ' experience in Behavioral Health nursing. Knowledge of Alcohol or Drug Addiction & Mental Health, administering long acting MAT injectables such Vivitrol and Sublocade. Knowledge of operating telehealth equipment, Criminal Justice System ODRC status of transitional control, treatment transfer, Parole, and Post Release Control is preferred.
Licensure : LPN
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Skills and Abilities :
Computer Skills : Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
