Scheduler / Onboarding Specialist

A leading healthcare organization in Boston is seeking a remote Onboarding Specialist to support members as they transition to their health plan. This full-time role runs through the end of the year, offering $23 / hour with hours from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

Job Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary contact for new members, conducting outreach calls and providing education on health plan benefits.
• Identify and coordinate existing and new healthcare services through collaboration with internal and external providers.
• Schedule intake appointments and ensure seamless continuity of care during the onboarding process.
• Document member needs, use motivational interviewing to build trust, and encourage engagement in health plan services.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold all compliance, privacy, and company policies.
