Jacobs is seeking a Project / Design Manager to support the planning, design, and delivery of vertical projects in Davie, Florida. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional with 1015 years of experience in design and project management, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project execution.

As a Project / Design Manager, you will oversee design development, coordinate with construction teams, and manage client expectations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. You'll play a key role in driving technical excellence, maintaining schedules and budgets, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all phases of project and design planning, execution, and closeout in alignment with Jacobs' delivery processes.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to design teams, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client objectives.
• Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate design and build phases effectively.
• Prepare project forecasts, progress reports, and risk assessments for internal and client review.
• Mentor and support junior staff to develop future leaders within the organization.

The base salary range for this position is $111,500.00 to $146,325.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
