Description
As the Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving technical issues employees encounter. This position provides hands-on support for hardware, software, and networking issues; manages help desk requests, installs and maintains computer systems; and assists users across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, software, and network systems
- Log, track, and document incidents and resolutions in the JAC Products Help Desk
- Perform system maintenance and patching
- Provide on-site or remote technical support to users as needed
- Triage server, network, and computer related incidents
