From activating devices to resolving service issues and facilitating upgrades, the Customer Service Representative’s contributions in each interaction are essential.

Quality Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive customer service by answering customer inquiries about wireless device features, service plan details and costs, and billing clarifications.

Assist customers with the setup and activation of new devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure continuous service.

Inform customers about upgrade and service plan modification options, explaining benefits and limitations, and present promotions effectively.

Actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their viewpoints, and take prompt action to resolve issues.

Maintain detailed records of all customer service interactions, outlining inquiries and resolutions, and ensure follow-up on unresolved cases.

Represent Lumen positively by demonstrating helpfulness, maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services.

Collaborate with Customer Service Representative team members to enhance customer experience, address urgent matters, and identify sales opportunities.
