Job Profile Summary
Under limited supervision, this position performs operational and programmatic duties within the Continuing Education- Workforce department providing programmatic and logistic solutions. Collaborates with internal and external collogues to resolve challenges and enhance efficiency of daily operations. Performs related work as directed.

Minimum Education :
- Associate degree required.
- An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Minimum Experience / Training :
Three to five years of business or adult learning program experienceEssential Functions :
Daily - 15% : Coordinates CE Non-Credit Programs and ensures enrollment and revenue goals are metDaily - 15% : Provides guidance and customer service support and registration of CE Non-credit Online and workforce Programs.Other - 15% : Coordinates courses, room availability, scheduling of rooms and facility requirements; resolves any scheduling conflicts.Other - 10% : Coordinates and attends educational activities, information sessions and community events to promote programs.Other - 10% : Assists with program marketing and advertising efforts through the use of digital and social media.Other - 10% : Prepares scheduled and / or reports; performs general information gathering, analysis and forecasting, as directed in accordance with pre-established proceduresOther - 5% : Assists in evaluating programs and courses delivered to business.Other - 5% : Performs various administrative activities, Workday business activities (Recruitment, Curriculum, financials, etc.).Other - 5% : Assists department / division administrator(s) with problem solving, project planning, and execution of stated goals and objectives.Other - 5% : Establishes, maintains, updates files and databases, to ensure preservation of the integrity, validity and accuracy of departmental data.Other - 5% : Performs related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
