Job Summary

Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of highly complex Public Sector projects, including scoping, planning, execution, delivery & ongoing post-launch support. Ensures project work is aligned to strategic & tactical business objectives and results are directly tied to channel growth & operational compliance requirements. Works with cross-functional team to establish and track milestones, ensuring project work is completed timely and escalates program / project risks to leadership. Maintains detailed project plans and presents overall program / project health and progress with senior executive leadership on a regular cadence. May lead program analysts supporting project work on occasion.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple, highly complex Public Sector projects within program portfolios
  • Think critically and inquisitively during project scoping and planning to ensure a refined objective is set that delivers maximum benefits to stakeholders
  • Become a subject matter expert of program portfolio, ensuring a deep understanding of government requirements, internal process & system capabilities and teams supporting the end-to-end flow from award, service delivery & billing to service assurance
  • Establishes and maintains an excellent network of working relationships across both the Public Sector organization and Comcast Business as a whole
  • Executive level program health readouts, including development of presentation materials, storytelling and alignment pitches
  • Assist in building successful business cases to launch project work, focusing on alignment with compartmentalized stakeholders sell the work we set out to complete
  • Develops, maintains and manages detailed project plans, action items and major milestone timelines for all projects within the program portfolio. Creates and maintains various deliverables associated with successful project completion & post-launch support, including flowcharts, policies, methods and procedures, training, and other documents
  • Acts as a single point of contact for project status. Maintains communication with stakeholders

    Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.     Education : Bachelor's Degree

    Relevant Work Experience : 7-10 Years
